Hi, my name is Gracie Palmer. For the longest time, I had no clue who that was. I knew that I enjoyed leadership, writing, hands-on work, working with people, working alone, dealing with details and dealing with people. What I did not know was how to study that. I studied business and did not last. I wanted something creative. So, I studied music production, but I missed critical thinking. Then, I discovered strategic communications. I found a field that allows me to love all sorts of work and skills and provides opportunities to do it! 

 

I love to work and see the product of my labor. I strive to impress and satisfy people with my work. I am particularly passionate about the written word and the impact it can have on people as individuals and consumers. I am a perfectionist regarding my work, and I do not feel that a job is done unless it is done beyond expectation. I have a high capacity for hard work and enjoy doing things that challenge me. I normally challenge others to do the same. I read books, watch movies and listen mainly to grow my contributions to conversations; entertainment is a side effect. I love the professional environment and love to be a joyful and light person in the office. I love to laugh as much as I love work. I am always looking for a laugh from those around me.
